At STOA HOME DESIGN, we strive to provide a transparent, reliable, and secure shopping experience.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy follows best practices in the U.S. market to ensure clarity and trust at every step.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination, selected carrier, and product availability.

Standard Delivery: typically 3–10 business days after payment confirmation.

Express Delivery (when available): 2–5 business days.

Pre-order or made-to-order items: estimated delivery times will be clearly stated on the product page.
⚠️ Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are approximations and may change due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
🌎 Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
International shipping is available to select countries; eligibility and costs are displayed at checkout.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
The final shipping cost will always be shown before payment is completed.
🎁 Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions based on order value or location.
Current free shipping offers, if available, will appear automatically at checkout.
📦 Order Processing & Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email as soon as the order ships.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Peak periods or special products: processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately for faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking code.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
🏠 Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
📭 Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make two to three delivery attempts.
If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at a local facility or returned to us.
Returned orders can be resent upon payment of a new shipping fee.
📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@stoahomedesign.com.
After confirmation from the carrier, we will:

Reship the item (if available), or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
📬 Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to 10–15 business days.
If confirmed lost or misdelivered, we’ll reship or refund the order accordingly.
🔎 Receiving & Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and notify the carrier immediately.
For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@stoahomedesign.com.
🌐 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (for International Orders)
For international shipments, all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are included in your checkout price.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
STOA HOME DESIGN assumes full responsibility for these costs.
